Accessorial Charges

We strive to maintain the lowest possible cost for our valued customers. We will always attempt to have accessorial charges pre-approved prior to inclusion with the job cost. In the event that we cannot receive timely pre-approval we expect our customers to accept our prudent descisions to charge these accessorials.

Regular: 4 - 5 hours service depending on distance and traffic conditions. Jobs called in by 12:00 PM delivered by 5:00 PM.

Special: Any time sensitive shipment generally delivered within 2 hours of call in (depending on distance and traffic conditions).

Hot: Direct delivery from shipper to consignee.

After Hours: Any delivery scheduled outside of normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00PM).

Inside Delivery: Charged when freight is delivered inside building to non ground floor or mall delivery.

Residential Delivery: Any freight delivered to a private residence.

Power Tailgate: Any freight delivered or picked up from a loaction that requires a power gate for loading/unloading.

Dangerous Goods: Shipment of any goods that is considered Dangerous and requires Dangerous Goods Certification.

China Top: Any freight that requires side loading and or cover.

Chassis Rental:2 Days Included. $35.00/Day for additional days.

Delivery Appointments: Subject to an additional $50.00 Charge.

Container Storage: Subject to an additional $90.00/Day Charge.

Additional Time: 1 Hr Load/Unload $70.00/Hr billed in 1/4 Hour increments.

Short Notice: Based on availability Subject to $90.00Charge.

After Hours: Based on availability Subject to $90.00Charge.

Redirection Fee: $2.50/Mile plus FSC with $50.00 Minimum.

General Linehaul: $2.50/Mile plus FSC (Additional port charges, tolls and ferry)

Damaged/Dirty Equipment: Based on repair/cleaning costs wih $150.00 Minimum.

Transload/Re-Work: Subject to a charge 0f $150.00

Fuel Surcharge (FSC): Adjusted Monthly to follow Canadian Index for LTL.
